Eating Around the World

Being a foodie has never been more popular, and with the rise of social media, it’s easier than ever to share your adventures. I am Nora, an avid traveler who shares her experiences on her blog “Eating Around The World.” She travels all over the world for work and pleasure which means she gets plenty of chances to try new foods. Nora has some great tips for food lovers who want to travel the world and eat their way through it.

The best way to start is by picking a region or country you want to explore. I recommend starting with your own backyard, as there are plenty of cuisines to be discovered in North America. Once you’ve gotten a taste for different cuisines, you can explore different regions of the world. You could even try creating these cuisines yourself. For instance, start by getting a gas griddle to cook all sorts of things. You can add a meat slicer when buying the griddle, especially if you’re a meat lover. The slicer will help you cut the steak, so you can cook it easily and faster.

Eating Around The World loves to visit big cities like New York and Los Angeles where there are plenty of options for food lovers. Danielle recommends trying out some more obscure restaurants that serve local cuisine rather than tourist favorites. Foodies should also research what types of foods are popular in the area and not be afraid to ask for recommendations from locals.

You can also visit local grocery stores where you will find different spices, seasonings, and ingredients that most people don’t use in their own cooking. It’s important to try new foods while traveling because it helps familiarize yourself with a country or city. If there is one thing I’ve learned about foodies, they want to make sure every bite counts!

One of the best parts of eating around the world is trying out all sorts of flavors and textures which means finding vegetarian restaurants if your friend has special dietary needs or vegan cafes if you prefer plant-based lifestyles. You could even try going on a raw diet – then again maybe only when you’re at home so you don’t have to worry about finding a raw food restaurant in an unknown city.

When all is said and done, the best way to enjoy your travels is by immersing yourself in the local culture – and what better way than through food? Be sure to try new things, ask locals for recommendations, and take pictures of everything (you’ll want to remember it later)!
